Shipping usually takes between 5 to 14 business days, depending on your delivery address and the location of our partner warehouses. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link to follow your package every step of the way.
Can I return or exchange my heels if they don’t fit?
We do accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in its original packaging. The preferred way to proceed is to purchase the item again after returning it and getting the refund.
