If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we will issue a full refund.
After this period, the order will be processed and shipped. Refunds will then only be possible under certain conditions.
In accordance with applicable regulations and our internal policy, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund, provided your situation meets the eligibility criteria below.
A refund may be issued in the following cases:

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

❌️ Item has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
❌️ Incorrect address was provided by the customer.
❌️ Refund request made more than 14 days after delivery.
To process any refund request, we require clear photo and/or video evidence, along with a detailed explanation of the issue and your order number.

3. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. If you have not received the refund within 15 business days, please contact us again.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
