At OhMyHeels, we are committed to providing a satisfying shopping experience to all our customers. That’s why we offer a clear and fair refund policy.

Order Cancellation & Refund Before Shipment

If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we will issue a full refund.

After this period, the order will be processed and shipped. Refunds will then only be possible under certain conditions.

Refund Request After Delivery

In accordance with applicable regulations and our internal policy, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund, provided your situation meets the eligibility criteria below.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

A refund may be issued in the following cases:

✅️ Item is defective or damaged during transit (proof required: clear photo and/or video of the product and packaging).

✅️ Incorrect item received (wrong size, color, or model).

✅️ Package not received within a reasonable timeframe, i.e., 30 days after shipment.

✅️ Item does not match its description (e.g., material, features differ from what was advertised).

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

❌️ Change of mind after receiving the item.

❌️ Item has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

❌️ Incorrect address was provided by the customer.

❌️ Refund request made more than 14 days after delivery.

Proof Required

To process any refund request, we require clear photo and/or video evidence, along with a detailed explanation of the issue and your order number.

Without supporting evidence, the refund request cannot be reviewed.

Refund Procedure

1. Contact us at contact@ohmyheels.com with your order number and required proof.

2. We will review your request within 48 hours.

3. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

4. If you have not received the refund within 15 business days, please contact us again.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

These costs may vary depending on your geographical location and the shipping carrier you choose.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important for International Returns (US, UK, Australia, EU)

Customs declaration: Mark the parcel as "Returned Goods – No Commercial Value". This helps prevent unnecessary customs charges or delays.

Order number: Clearly write your order number on the outside of the package.

Tracking: Use a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Keep proof: Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is fully processed.

⚠️ Failure to declare the parcel as a return may result in customs fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
